These protect the time held for you and the clients waiting for it. You’ll confirm them when you book.
- Booking
- Appointments are available by reservation only. Select your service, date and time — a valid card on file is required to secure your appointment. If you are unsure which service to book, reach out before scheduling and Destiny will help you choose.
- Deposits
- All appointments require a 30% deposit to book. It goes toward your service total. The remaining balance is paid in studio at your appointment.
- Cancelling
- Cancelling or rescheduling 24 hours or less before your appointment is charged 100% of the service cost.
- Running late — brows
- Brow appointments have a 10 minute grace period. Arriving later results in cancellation and a charge of 100% of the service.
- Running late — lashes
- Lash appointments have a 15 minute grace period. Arriving later results in cancellation and a charge of 100% of the service.
How the deposit works
- 01You pay 30% of your service total when you book. That amount holds your slot.
- 02Your deposit comes off your total — it is not an extra fee.
- 03The remaining balance is due in studio when you come in.
- 04Cancel with more than 24 hours' notice and your deposit carries to your rescheduled appointment.
