When you book: your name, email, mobile number, the services, date and time you choose, any note you leave, and a record that you agreed to the studio policies and the consent statements, with the time you agreed.

When you join the waitlist, send a message or ask about a training: the details you type into that form.

Card details are entered on Stripe’s secure checkout page and are never seen or stored by this website.

To hold and manage your appointment, take your deposit, send your confirmation and reminder, offer you a freed-up spot if you asked for one, and reply to your message. That is all. Nothing you give us is used for advertising profiles.

We only text you if you tick the box to receive appointment texts. You can stop them at any time by replying STOP. See the SMS Terms for details.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party, except the messaging provider that delivers the texts on our behalf.

A few services process information so the site can work. Each only receives what its job needs:

• Stripe — takes deposit payments.
• Resend — delivers confirmation and reminder emails.
• Twilio — delivers appointment texts, if you opted in.
• Vercel and Neon — host the website and its database.

We do not sell your information to anyone.

Appointment records are kept for as long as you are a client and for as long afterwards as tax and business records require. Waitlist entries and messages are removed once they are no longer needed.

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, by emailing destiny@miamiwink.com. Some records may need to be kept where the law requires it, and we will tell you if that applies.
